Launched in 2024, the Internal HR Department model offers a complete in-house HR team (HR Managers & HR Officers), covering all HR functions: recruitment, payroll & timekeeping, labor relations, training, compliance, and policy development. With a flexible and cost-effective Pay as You Go model, SMEs can now access the same professional HR services as large corporations.

With over 15 years of experience in both multinational corporations and local enterprises,
Nhung brings extensive expertise in HR and business operations.
She has worked across industries including FMCG, Retail, IT, and F&B for companies such as Nova Group, Central Retail Vietnam, Lotte Vietnam Shopping JSC, Navigos Group – VietnamWorks, and Orion Food Vina Co. Ltd.
Starting her career in Sales & Marketing, Nhung gained a strong commercial mindset before transitioning into HR, where she successfully built HR departments from the ground up. Her achievements include designing performance management systems, KPI frameworks, compensation & benefits structures, recruitment strategies, talent development programs, and daily HR operations.
David & Mark was founded on her belief that SMEs — especially newly established businesses — deserve access to the same level of strategic, efficient, and compliant HR support as large corporations, empowering them toward sustainable growth.
